Vice President / Executive Director – Corporate Business Management Department

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer relationship maintenance
    • Monitor and identify the customer relationship and identify the significant changes on customer together with providing the right solution and direction to solve/support the changes.
  • Business development
    • Design and implement marketing plan in order to achieve company’s target  and in line with the company regulations.
    • Know the competitors and industry overview for the better market strategy and design the structural deal with the corporate customers and vendor.
    • Management overall of business.
  • People Management
    • Lead Corporate Business Management Department, Control and monitor effectively and efficiently the department work process.
    • Coach, advise and supervise the subordinates to support the customers ’requirements.
    • Manage and facilitate the work process among departments internally in order to generate excellent service and solution to customers.
    • Co-operate and work with segment team leaders, On shop employee ,  business supports to cross-sell with Sulbing’s products.

Qualifications and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields or higher.
  • Experience as Relationship Manager-Corporate Client in Banking or Financial Firm at least 10 years.
  • Experience in High Purchase Business and Leasing would be advantage.
  • Experience in management level at least 3 years.
  • Excellent in English, Chinese proficiency would be advantage.

 

Requirements

  • Thai male or Korean male, age 35 – 50 years
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in business management or any related field
  • Proven experience in high managerial position at least 10 years (preferably in Food industry or Restaurant Business)
  • Understanding of business functions such as Production, HR, Finance, marketing etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills in Thai and English and Korean.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Able to travel for work in the country or abroad as necessary
